my dad comes up tells me he is making dinner and if i want anything i tell him im not hungry and he tells me if i dont eat dinner with them i am not allowed to make myself food later when i get hungry.

therapy does not work for me because the only way i can really let out emotions verbally is with swearing, and i feel incredibly uncomfortable swearing in the presence of adults. it is just not ok.
